Quick answer

Hero11 runs three kinds of extras: VIP benefits, the ₹30L Race leaderboard and offers in the Promo tab. Race and Promo sit in the app’s bottom bar. Each has its own rules on who can join, the dates, what activity counts and how rewards are credited, so open the offer and read those terms first. The ₹30L figure is the race’s headline total, not a personal prize.

Where to find VIP, the Race and Promo

You need to be logged in to see your own progress. The app features tour shows where everything else sits.

Read these four things in every offer

Don’t carry the rules of one offer over to another. A race, a VIP benefit and a promo can each be counted and paid in different ways.

  • Who can join: which accounts qualify and whether you need to opt in.
  • Dates and time zone: when the offer starts and ends.
  • What counts: which games, contests or actions add to your progress — and which don’t.
  • How the reward is paid: where it’s credited and any conditions before it can be used or withdrawn.

How the ₹30L Race leaderboard works

The ₹30L Race ranks players over a fixed period. Positions move up and down while the race is running, and final results are only decided when it closes and any checks in the rules are complete. The ₹30L figure is the headline for the whole race; how it’s split between positions is set out in the race rules.

Read how ties, late corrections and excluded activity are handled before you count on a position. If the rules list which games or contests count towards the race, stick to those — play in other sections may not move you up the board at all.

To check where you stand, tap ₹30L Race in the bottom bar while logged in. Note the race period shown on the screen, because a new race can start soon after the last one ends and earlier positions don’t carry over unless the rules say so.

Keep a record

If you think your position is wrong, take a screenshot showing your rank and the time. It makes a question to support much easier to answer.

Promo tab, bonuses and playing within limits

Tap Promo in the bottom bar to see the offers running now. Each card usually has a headline and a link to its full terms — the headline tells you what the offer is about, the terms tell you whether and how it applies to you.

Before joining, check whether you need to opt in, which games or contests count, and whether any reward arrives as a bonus with its own conditions. If two offers seem to overlap, assume they are counted separately unless the rules say otherwise.

An offer shown on the home screen doesn’t automatically apply to everyone, and a bonus balance may come with conditions before it can be withdrawn. Never deposit more or play longer than you planned just to finish a task or climb a leaderboard.

Hero11 VIP benefits

The VIP section lists the current levels, what you need to reach them and what each one gives you. Requirements can change, so go by what the app shows today rather than tier tables copied onto other websites. If a benefit has conditions — a minimum activity level or a time limit, for example — they’ll be in the VIP rules.

Reward not credited? What to do

  1. Check the offer rules again: dates, what counts and when rewards are paid.
  2. Make sure the race or offer has actually closed — many rewards are only paid afterwards.
  3. Save the offer name, your progress screen and the time.
  4. Contact Hero11 through Help with those details. The customer care guide explains what else to send.

Frequently asked questions

What is the Hero11 ₹30L Race?

It is a leaderboard in the Hero11 bottom bar that ranks players over a set period. The ₹30L figure is the headline total for the race, and the race rules explain how rewards are split and when results are final.

How do I become a Hero11 VIP?

Open the VIP section in the app. It shows the current levels, requirements and benefits, which can change, so rely on what the app shows rather than lists on other websites.

Does every Hero11 promotion apply to me?

Not necessarily. Each offer has its own eligibility rules, dates and conditions, so open it and check before taking part.

Is a leaderboard position a guaranteed prize?

No. Positions change while the race is running. Results are only final when it closes and the checks in its rules are complete.
